Reportedly, the European Commission (EC) announced to impose countervailing duty (CVD) in a range of 0% and 3.7% on imports of stainless steel wires from India.
It's known that the CVD probe is started in August, 2012, in response to a complaint filed by the European Steel Association (EUROFER).
Meanwhile, the CN code of the products involved in this case are 7223 00 19 and 7223 00 99.
